His hard working nature and quest for knowledge have rewarded him with success in leaps and bounds that he is now among the renowned and top-ranked Chefs in India. He strongly believes that ‘Encouragement’ is the key factor of motivation! Comments, reviews, and corrections from expert hands have shaped up his career, and he does the same to his fellow Students and Followers. Dr. Chef Vinoth is multi-faceted; he serves as the CEO/Chief Trainer of Sai Institutions - India’s leading Hotel Management Institution. He is exclusively known for his live carving sessions where he carves out exemplary displays out of Fruits, Vegetables, Ice, Butter, Chocolate, etc. He also hosts a number of Culinary Shows in the Television media, and judges various Cookery competitions.
