ABOUT THE AUTHOR : Gillian Flynn is an award-winning American novelist from Kansas City, Missouri. She has written three novels other than this book and they are Sharp Objects and Gone Girl. Born in 1971, Gillian Flynn earned her graduate degree from the University of Kansas, and Master’s degree from Northwestern University, respectively. She has lived in Chicago and worked as a Television Critic for Entertainment Weekly.
