However, it is the responsibility of the seller to pack the products properly before delivering the products to the Logistics Company.

 

Seller should ensure that the products are not damaged due to fault in packing till it reaches the Cusomer/ Buyer.

 

We do not charge shipping fee from the Seller EXCEPT in the following case:-

 

1. If the Seller supplies a wrong product/ product not in good condition affecting the customer service:-  We charge all the shipping charges including forward, reverse shipping charges and further delivery of the desired order to the Seller.

 

Eg:-

 

Shipment charge for 1st delivery of wrong product      (A)   - 50 Rs.

Reverse Shipping charges from customer to seller     (B)   -  50 Rs.

Further Shipment charge for delivery of right product (C)    - 50 Rs.

 

TOTAL  (A+B+C) charge to the seller by Bookwomb.com  - 150 Rs.
