Schooldays at St Clare's are never dull for twins Pat and Isabel OSullivan in Enid Blytons much-loved boarding school series. In book nine the unimaginable has happened - the twins made head girl! Between 1941 and 1946, Enid Blyton wrote six novels set at St Clare's. 

Books 5, 6 and 9 are authorised sequels of the series written by Pamela Cox and feature storylines set in between the original Blyton novels. 

ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Enid Blyton was born in East Dulwich, South London, in 1897. She wrote over six hundred books in her lifetime, including many of the 20th centurys most popular childrens series. Some of her best-known works include the Famous Five, the Secret Seven, Malory Towers, The Magic Faraway Tree, The Wishing Chair and Noddy. Enid Blyton died in 1968 but remains one of the worlds best-loved storytellers and is consistently voted a childrens favourite in reader polls. ~Pamela Cox is a children's author. She was asked to complete Enid Blyton's St. Clare's series, and has written The Third Form at St. Clare's, The Sixth Form at St. Clare's, and Kitty at St. Clare's.
