ABOUT THE AUTHORS: Gurinder Kaur Kochhar was born in Delhi on 2nd April, 1987. She did her B.Com (Hons) from Hansraj College, University of Delhi and thereafter Masters in Commerce from University of Delhi. She has also completed her B.Ed. from University of Delhi. Apart from Teaching assignments in various Colleges of Delhi, she has worked as an adhoc Lecturer in the Department of Commerce in Mata Sundri College for Women, Delhi. She was also a visiting Lecturer in Commerce Department of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, Delhi. 

She has presented a number of articles and research papers for the edited volumes and journals of National and International repute. Her research interest include, Management, Commerce, Advertising and Finance.
