ABOUT THE AUTHORS:

Shekhar K. Joshy is a professional working in the field of education for the last fifteen years. As an Assistant Professor of educational administration and technology, he co-directs the students towards role of administration in University and Colleges. His areas of academic interest mainly include educational management, educational philosophy, educational measurement and evaluation.

Dr. Joshy has supervised several students for the award of Ph.D. degrees. He participated in various conference and seminars organised by government and private organisations. He has published over fifteen research papers in reputed journals.

Chitra Seghal, a consultant to Colleges and Universities has retired from the teaching profession in 2000 after 25 years of service, started her career as an Assistant Professor of Education; she has been actively engaged in teaching and research for the past two decades. She has extensively travelled abroad and has participated in many International and National Conferences.

She has to her credit, 25 research papers published in reputed National and International journals, a large number of book reviews and conference papers besides supervising Ph.D. studies. She has also worked with several research projects and development programmes.
