Based on his rich experience of 21 years in Library and Information Profession, he continue to serve the Profession by providing Training and Research. He has conducted many short-term courses for budding Librarians and Information Professionals. His wide- range experience in the field has enabled him to be nominated to the Advisory Committees of various Academic Institutes. He has been honoured with many prestigious awards for his outstanding contribution to the field.

Manish Deshpande was born and Mastered in USA and currently lives in India. A distinguished Scholar in the field of Mass Communication, he has had a meritorious career. Started his career as a Newspaper Reporter, he later and joined in the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication In 1992. He has worked as a Reporter/ Copy Editor arid a Freelance Writer for many famous Newspapers.

He has been associated with some of the famous Media Organizations in India and abroad. He also provides short-term training courses to budding Journalists and other Media Professionals. Apart from contributing learned feature and columns for press, he published/ presented a number of Research Papers on Subjects such as Journalism, Mass Communication, and Digital Media Technologies.
