In the Kingdom of Denmark, on a cold winter night, appears the ghost of the deceased King ...

What happens when Hamlet, the Prince of Denmark, encounters his father's ghost which reveals to him the secrets of his fathers murder, laying upon him the duty of revenge?

Unconvinced and indecisive, Hamlet-the Prince of Demark, re-enacts the murder to find the truth. Will he be able to unmask and avenge the brutal and cold-blooded murder of his father?

Will his inner struggle between taking a revenge and his propensity to delay thwart his desires to act?

A typical Elizabethan Revenge Play, Hamlet is Shakespeare's longest play and one of the most quoted works in English language. It is described as"the world's most filmed story after Cinderella".

ABOUT THE AUTHOR: William Shakespeare began his career as an actor, writer, and partowner of a playing company called the Lord Chamberlains Men,later known as Kings Men, in London. Often regarded as the Bard of Avon he is one of the worlds pre-eminent dramatists. Most of his known works have been produced between 1589 and 1613. Romeo and Juliet is his most famous romantic tragedy of sexually charged adolescence, love, and death. Shakespeares sequence of great comedies continue with Merchant of Venice, Much Ado About Nothing, As You Like It, and Twelfth Night.Until about 1608, he mainly wrote tragedies including Hamlet, Othello,King Lear, and Macbeth. Antony and Cleopatra and Coriolanus-his last major tragedies, contain some of his finest poetry. A true genius, Shakespeare's popular characters and plots are studied, performed, reinterpreted, and discussed till today. William Shakespeare, known as the English national poet, is considered the greatest dramatist of all time.
