Sheenam Garg obtained her Master's degree in Sociology and her Doctorate Degree in Education. Her areas of academic interest mainly include Teaching Methodologies, Educational Technologies, Student-centred learning, Educational Management and Educational Planning.

She has written many articles on educational issues, published in different media. Being an active and experienced Teacher, she has attended and participated as a resource person in a number of Seminars and Workshops organized by the Education Department.
