Padiya has authored many outstanding books and has profusely contributed learned articles to Professional Journals of repute education. He has organized many National as well as International Seminars, Symposia and Workshops and has been honoured widely for his academic contributions. Currently he is retired from his services and spending much of time for writing and visitor teaching.
