In Secret Seven: 10: Puzzle For The Secret Seven, the group is set to solve another intriguing mystery involving a house that burns down.'
The Secret Seven is a detective group filled with children, the members of which enjoy solving mysteries at any time of the day. The group consists of Peter, Jack, Janet, Barbara, George, Pamela, and Colin. Peter is the leader of the group.
Secret Seven: 10: Puzzle For The Secret Seven begins with the group visiting the fair. Everyone seems to have enjoyed their time at the fair, when Peter decides that the group should leave. While returning home, the group notice a fire along the hillside. The group is horrified to see a small house burning down. Peter immediately notifies the fire station and decides to hold a Secret Seven meeting.
A set of missing scarecrow clothes are the first clue that the group discovers. This clue eventually leads the group to the Bolans, whose house was the one that caught fire. It turns out that the individual who stole the scarecrows clothes also committed robbery while wearing them.
While doing their investigative work, the group hears a mysterious wailing. They go off to investigate and are soon able to piece together the mysteries of the puzzle.
