Started his teaching career as an Assistant Professor of Education; he has been actively engaged in teaching and research for the past two decades. He has also worked with several research projects and development programmes.
An honorary member in the advisory board of various professional institutions, he has in-depth knowledge of the modern trends in higher education and provides valuable suggestions to Universities and Colleges to confront the new challenges. Academic bodies have honoured her for his outstanding contributions to the field of higher education. He has extensively travelled abroad and has participated in many International and National Conferences.
