ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Romesh T Kunba, an independent Consultant in Colleges and Universities and a former faculty member has retired from the Teaching Profession in 2005. Started his teaching career as an Assistant Professor of Education, he has been actively engaged in teaching and research for the past two decades. He has also worked with several research projects and development programmes.
An honorary member in the Advisory Board of various Professional Institutions, he has in-depth knowledge of the modern trends in higher education and provides valuable suggestions to Universities and Colleges to confront the new challenges. Academic bodies have honoured him for his outstanding contribution to the field of higher education. He has extensively travelled abroad and has participated in many International and National Conferences.
